Who we are
ShiftMatrix is a personal work-management app for shift workers. The website and iPhone app share the same account.
What we collect
Email address for sign-in, plus the work records you enter: shifts, clients, pay estimates, mileage, expenses, handover notes, and certifications. Optional location, camera, microphone, and calendar access exist only in the iPhone app.
Third parties
Cloud accounts are processed by Supabase. Optional iPhone AI features may use OpenAI. We do not sell data or use advertising identifiers.
Deletion
Delete your account from Settings on the web or iPhone. For help email m.p.j.l@outlook.com.
