About ShiftMatrix
ShiftMatrix helps shift workers plan work, estimate pay, keep client or workplace records, write handover notes, and log mileage and expenses. The iPhone app and this website share the same account.
Sign-in help
Sign-in uses an email one-time code, not a password. Check spam or promotions if the code does not arrive, then request a new code. Use the same email on iPhone and on the web.
Sync
Records created while you are signed in sync to your account. If a sync cannot complete, changes remain on the device and the app retries. Signing out clears work data on that device so another account cannot see it.
Notifications and location
The iPhone app asks for notification permission when a shift reminder is first scheduled, and for location when you start mileage tracking or find nearby stations. Core shift features still work if you decline.
Account deletion
Settings → Delete account permanently removes your ShiftMatrix cloud records and sign-in account. This cannot be undone.
